My Story

I inquired about Highlands Ability Battery when my son was undecided what his next step would be after graduating high school.  After my son completed the assessment and consultant debrief, it led him to make that next decision to apply to college and study business.  He is now on a path that he feels confident he can achieve and has gained self-awareness to guide him down the higher education path.

I became a Highlands Certified Career Consultant to enhance my skillset in my Human Resources career. I have spent most of my career becoming highly accomplished SHRM Certified Human Resources professional with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management. The Highlands Certification will allow me to elevate my HR leadership skills, along with giving me another avenue to elevate others by developing their natural abilities in their current careers or new career paths.

I spent many years leading HR globally within large Fortune 100 companies to the small business. My HR experience spans many business verticals to include manufacturing, call centers, technology, real estate/commercial contracting, mining, and engineering.
